Cancellation Policy

At Osveh, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at osveh.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Cancellation requests can generally be accepted only before an order has been processed or dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

Where applicable, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Osveh

In certain circumstances, Osveh may need to cancel an order, including because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect product or pricing information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or invalid delivery information
  • Operational or logistical issues beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible prepaid cancellations, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
